pH: 7.0 ± 0.2 (25°C)
Preparation: Dissolve 16.6g in 1L distilled or deionized water, heat and boil for 1 minute to dissolve, sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes, and cool before use.
This agar provides a controlled environment for research with nutrient-limited E. coli strains.
