⚗️ Preparation Instructions
Suspend 5.03 g of dehydrated medium in 100 ml of distilled or deionized water
Heat with stirring and boil for 1 minute until fully dissolved
Adjust volume if required
Cool to 50–55 °C
Pour into sterile Petri dishes
