⚗️ Preparation Instructions

  1. Suspend 5.03 g of dehydrated medium in 100 ml of distilled or deionized water

  2. Heat with stirring and boil for 1 minute until fully dissolved

  3. Adjust volume if required

  4. Cool to 50–55 °C

  5. Pour into sterile Petri dishes
