⚗️ Preparation Instructions
- Dissolve 5.49 g of medium base and 2.0 g of supplement (sodium acetate) in 100 ml of distilled or deionized water.
- Heat gently to dissolve completely.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Dispense aseptically into suitable containers for further use.
