🧫 Preparation Instructions

  1. Dissolve 16.1 g of powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized water

  2. Heat to boiling until completely dissolved

  3. Dispense into sterile tubes or containers

  4. Sterilize at 121 °C for 15 minutes

  5. Allow to cool and solidify before use
