VRE Broth Base – Enrichment Medium for Vancomycin-Resistant Enterococci (VRE) and High-Level Aminoglycoside-Resistant Enterococci (HLARE), 250g
VRE Broth Base is a selective enrichment medium formulated for the isolation of vancomycin-resistant enterococci (VRE) and high-level aminoglycoside-resistant enterococci (HLARE) from clinical and environmental samples. Supplementation with 2 mg/L meropenem enhances selectivity by inhibiting non-target bacteria.
