Starch Hydrolysis Medium is a dry powder culture medium containing 3% soluble starch, designed for bacterial starch hydrolysis assays. This product supports the detection of amylase-producing bacteria such as Lactobacillus, Streptococcus, and Corynebacterium diphtheriae in microbiological testing.
