⚙️ Directions for Use

1. Suspend 30.0 g of the medium in 1 liter of distilled or deionized water.

2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil until completely dissolved.

3. Dispense into appropriate containers.

4. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121 °C for 15 minutes.

5. Shake gently after sterilization to prevent agar settling, then allow to cool and solidify.
