Storage: Stable at room temperature with a 3-year shelf life, ensuring consistent performance over time.
Preparation Instructions
Dissolve 46.0g of the medium in 1L of distilled or deionized water using gentle heat.
Dispense into containers and sterilize at 115°C for 30 minutes.
After sterilization, shake well to prevent agar from settling at the bottom.
Cool to approximately 50°C, then pour into petri dishes and allow to solidify before use.
