Shelf life up to 3 years when stored at room temperature
Preparation Instructions:
Suspend the recommended amount of medium in distilled or deionized water.
Heat with stirring until fully dissolved.
Sterilize at 121℃ for 15 minutes.
Cool to 50–55℃, add the required selective supplements aseptically, mix well, pour plates, and allow to solidify.
Storage: Store at room temperature, shelf life 3 years.
