Preparation Instructions
Dissolve 35.0 g of the medium in 1 liter of distilled or deionized water.
Heat the mixture to boiling to completely dissolve.
Dispense into suitable containers and autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes or at 115°C for 30 minutes.
The medium is now ready for use.
