Our Eugon LT 100 Broth Base (also called Eugon LT100 Broth Base) is a specialized ready-to-prepare culture medium for accurate total bacteria count determination in cosmetics. It supports growth of common cosmetic-related bacteria, making it ideal for cosmetic testing labs, QC facilities, and research institutions. A key step: add 1 vial (1ml) of Tween 80 per 200ml of prepared broth. Each 250g bottle has a 3-year shelf life at room temperature, no refrigeration needed.​

Usage Instructions​

  1. Weigh 32.4g of broth base, dissolve in 1L distilled/deionized water.​

  1. Heat to gentle boil, stir until fully dissolved (no undissolved particles).​

  1. Dispense into containers; add 1ml Tween 80 per 200ml broth, mix gently.​

  1. Autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes to sterilize.​

  1. Shake thoroughly post-sterilization, cool to room temperature before use.​

Storage Conditions​

  • Unopened: Store at room temperature (15-25℃) in dry, ventilated area. Avoid sunlight, high humidity (>60%), and temps over 30℃.​

  • Opened: Seal tightly after use; use remaining powder within 6 months.​

  • Clumping Note: Slight clumping from Octoxynol 9 is normal – break gently before dissolving.
