Formula (per liter):
Peptone – 5.0 g
Beef Extract – 5.0 g
Sodium Chloride – 5.0 g
Agar – 20.0 g
Final pH: 6.9 ± 0.1 (25℃)
Preparation Instructions:
Dissolve 35.0 g of the medium in 1 liter of distilled or deionized water.
Heat to boiling until completely dissolved.
Dispense into suitable containers.
Sterilize by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes.
Mix well after sterilization.
Pour plates and allow to solidify before use.
