✅ Directions for Use
Suspend 55.2 g of the medium in 1 liter of distilled or deionized water.
Heat to boiling until completely dissolved.
Dispense as required and sterilize by autoclaving at 121 °C for 15 minutes.
Mix well after sterilization before use.
