Preparation Instructions
- Dissolve 16.8 g of the medium in 100 mL of distilled or deionized water.
- Selectively add the required vitamins as needed.
- Warm gently to dissolve completely.
- Sterilize by membrane filtration to prepare a 10× concentrated solution.
- Store the concentrated solution at 2–8°C.
Working Solution Preparation
- Under aseptic conditions, transfer 0.5 mL of the prepared concentrate.
- Add to 4.5 mL of sterile distilled water using a sterile pipette.
- Mix well before use.
