Preparation Instructions

  1. Dissolve 16.8 g of the medium in 100 mL of distilled or deionized water.
  2. Selectively add the required vitamins as needed.
  3. Warm gently to dissolve completely.
  4. Sterilize by membrane filtration to prepare a 10× concentrated solution.
  5. Store the concentrated solution at 2–8°C.

Working Solution Preparation

  1. Under aseptic conditions, transfer 0.5 mL of the prepared concentrate.
  2. Add to 4.5 mL of sterile distilled water using a sterile pipette.
  3. Mix well before use.
