Formula (per liter): Contains Pancreatic Digest of Gelatin (7.0g), Yeast Extract (3.0g), Bile Salts (1.5g), Sodium Chloride (5.0g), Glucose Monohydrate (10.0g), Neutral Red (0.03g), Crystal Violet (0.002g), and Agar (15.0g), with a pH of 7.4±0.2 at 25°C.
Storage: Stable at room temperature with a 3-year shelf life, ensuring consistent performance and long-term usability.
Preparation Instructions
Measure 41.5g of the medium and dissolve in 1L of distilled or deionized water (adjust quantities proportionally for larger or smaller volumes).
Heat to a boil for 1 minute to ensure complete dissolution.
Cool to approximately 55°C, then pour into petri dishes.
Allow to cool and solidify before use.
