Preparation Instructions

  1. Dissolve 39.0 g of the medium in 1 L of distilled or deionized water.

  2. Stir and heat to boiling, maintaining boiling for at least 1 minute to ensure complete dissolution.

  3. Dispense into containers and autoclave at 116°C for 30–40 minutes.

  4. Cool, shake well, and pour into sterile plates. Allow agar to solidify before use.
