Trypticase Soy-Yeast Extract Broth (TSB-YE) is a dehydrated culture medium designed for the cultivation of Listeria monocytogenes and related bacteria. It provides a nutrient-rich base that supports reliable microbial growth in laboratory applications.
This product is supplied in 250g bottles with a 3-year shelf life under room temperature storage conditions.
Preparation Instructions:
Dissolve 36.0g of the medium in 1 liter of distilled or deionized water. Heat with stirring until completely dissolved. Dispense into suitable containers and sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool before use.
