⚙️ Directions for Use
Suspend 25.0 g of the medium in 1 liter of distilled or deionized water.
Warm gently while stirring until completely dissolved.
Dispense into tubes or flasks as required.
Sterilize by autoclaving at 121 °C for 15 minutes.
Cool and use as needed.
