Thornley’s Medium 100g – Culture Medium for Arginine Dihydrolase Test
Thornley’s Medium is a dehydrated culture medium formulated for the determination of arginine dihydrolase activity in bacteria. It provides reliable support for microbial differentiation in laboratory testing.
This product is supplied in 100g bottles with a 3-year shelf life when stored at room temperature.
Preparation Instructions:
Dissolve 22.3g of the medium in 1 liter of distilled or deionized water. Boil for at least 1 minute until fully dissolved. Dispense into tubes and sterilize at 121°C for 15–20 minutes. Cool and store for laboratory use.
