Preparation Instructions
Dissolve 39.0g of Thermoacidurans Agar in 1L of distilled or deionized water.
Heat to boiling until completely dissolved.
Dispense and sterilize by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes.
After sterilization, shake to prevent agar settling at the bottom.
Use aseptically for food sample testing and Bacillus coagulans cultivation.
