TGC Fluid Medium combines thioglycollate (0.5g/L) and resazurin (0.001g/L) to create redox gradients for detecting both aerobic and anaerobic contaminants in sterility testing.

Preparation Protocol:

1. Suspend 29.3g in 1L distilled water

2. Boil with stirring until complete dissolution
