Instructions for Use:
To prepare, dissolve 35.0g of Swarm Agar in 1L of distilled or deionized water. Boil until fully dissolved. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes, then gently shake to mix. Cool to approximately 50°C before use.

Storage: Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Shelf life: 3 years.

  • Soya Peptone: 3.0g

  • Sodium Chloride (NaCl): 5.0g

  • Dextrose (Glucose): 2.5g

  • Dipotassium Hydrogen Phosphate (K2HPO4): 2.5g

  • Potassium Nitrate (KNO3): 1.0g

  • Agar: 4.0g

  • pH: 7.4 ± 0.1 at 25°C
