• Tryptone (Peptone): 10.0 g

• Glucose: 5.0 g

• Bromocresol Purple: 0.04 g

• Agar: 15.0 g

• pH: 6.9 ± 0.1

Preparation Instructions

1. Weigh 30.0 g of the product and add to 1 L of distilled or deionized water.

2. Heat to boiling until completely dissolved.

3. Dispense into suitable containers.

4. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.

5. Shake well after sterilization and store for future use.
