Selenite-F Broth (Selenite Enrichment Broth) for Selective Salmonella Enrichment – 250g
Selenite-F Broth is a selective enrichment medium specifically designed for the isolation and enrichment of Salmonella species from fecal samples, water, and food products. It contains sodium selenite, which enhances the growth of Salmonella while inhibiting the growth of competing microorganisms. This medium is commonly used for food safety testing, water quality analysis, and microbiological laboratories.
Applications
Selective enrichment of Salmonella from fecal samples, water, and food.
Used for microbiological analysis in food safety and environmental testing.
Ideal for lab-based enrichment in food microbiology, water testing, and clinical diagnostics.
