Composition (per liter):

• Soy Hydrolysate: 12.0 g

• Yeast Extract: 24.0 g

• Dipotassium Phosphate: 11.4 g

• Monopotassium Phosphate: 1.7 g

• pH: 6.8–7.5 (25°C)

Usage Instructions:

1. Weigh 49.1 g of Select APS Super Broth Base per 1 L of distilled or deionized water.

2. Add 5 mL of glycerol and stir while heating until fully dissolved.

3. Dispense into containers and sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes.

4. Cool to room temperature and the medium is ready for use.
