Composition (per liter):

• Peptone – 20.0 g

• Dipotassium Phosphate (K₂HPO₄·3H₂O) – 2.5 g

• Magnesium Sulfate – 0.73 g

• Agar – 15.0 g

• Final pH: 7.0 ± 0.2 (25℃)

Preparation Instructions:

1. Suspend 38.23 g of powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized water.

2. Add 15 mL of glycerol.

3. Heat to boiling until completely dissolved.

4. Dispense into suitable containers.

5. Sterilize at 121℃ for 15 minutes.

6. Mix well after sterilization to prevent agar settling, pour into plates, and allow to solidify before use.
