Preparation Instructions
Dissolve 62.5 g of SS Agar Base in 1 L of distilled or deionized water.
Heat to boiling and stir for 1 minute to ensure complete dissolution.
Cool to 50–55°C, then pour into sterile plates.
Allow to solidify before use.
