Preparation Instructions

  1. Suspend 50.0g of Salmonella Shigella Enrichment Broth in 1L distilled or deionized water.

  2. Heat with boiling until completely dissolved.

  3. Boil in a water bath for 2–3 minutes.

  4. Dispense into sterile test tubes.

  5. Note: This medium does not require autoclaving.
