Preparation Instructions
Suspend the recommended amount of dehydrated SA Agar powder in distilled or deionized water.
Heat to boiling with gentle agitation until completely dissolved.
Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.
Cool to 45–50°C, mix well, and pour into sterile Petri dishes.
Store prepared plates under refrigeration until use.
