Formula (per liter):

• Peptone – 10.0 g

• Dextrose – 40.0 g

• Final pH: 5.6 ± 0.2 (at 25°C)

Preparation Instructions:
Dissolve 50.0 g of the powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. Stir and heat until fully dissolved. Dispense into suitable containers and sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes or 115°C for 30 minutes. Mix well after sterilization. Medium is ready for use.
