Formula (per liter):

• Peptone – 10.0 g

• Dextrose – 40.0 g

• Agar – 14.0 g

• Final pH: 5.6 ± 0.2 (at 25°C)

Preparation Instructions:
Dissolve 64.0 g of the powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. Heat to boiling until fully dissolved, dispense into suitable containers, and sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes or 115°C for 30 minutes. Mix well after sterilization to prevent agar sedimentation. Medium is ready for use.
