Instructions for Preparation
- Suspend 65.0g of the powder in 1 liter of distilled or deionized water.
- Heat and boil to dissolve the medium completely.
- Dispense into final containers.
- Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes or 115°C for 30 minutes.
- After sterilization, gently swirl the vessel to prevent agar sedimentation before the medium solidifies.
- Cool and pour into plates or prepare slants as required.
