Formula Composition (per liter):
– Tryptone: 5.0g
– Yeast Extract: 2.5g
– Dextrose: 1.0g
– Skimmed Milk Powder: 1.0g
– Agar: 15.0g
– Final pH: 7.0 ± 0.2 (25°C)
Preparation Protocol:
1. Suspend 24.5g in 1L distilled water
2. Boil with continuous stirring for full dissolution (≤5 min)
3. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes
4. Swirl during cooling to prevent settling
