Preparation Instructions

  1. Weigh 45.0 g of the medium powder.
  2. Dissolve in 1000 mL distilled or deionized water containing 2% glycerol (approximately 20 mL glycerol per liter).
  3. Heat and boil for at least 1 minute until completely dissolved.
  4. Dispense into suitable containers.
  5. Sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes.
  6. Cool and pour into sterile Petri dishes for use.
