✅ Preparation Instructions

  1. Suspend 39.0 g of the product in 1 liter of distilled or deionized water.
  2. Heat to boiling and continue boiling for at least 1 minute until fully dissolved.
  3. Dispense into suitable containers.
  4. Sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes.
  5. After sterilization, mix well to prevent agar from settling.
  6. Cool to approximately 50°C, then pour into Petri dishes.
  7. Allow to solidify and store for use.
