Sterile potassium tellurite solution with egg yolk emulsion for microbial selection. Pre-measured in 5ml glass vials for convenient addition to prepared media.

Usage Protocol:

1. Shake vial to resuspend settled emulsion

2. Warm to 35°C in water bath (2 minutes)

3. Surface-sanitize vial

4. Aseptically add to 50-60°C molten agar

5. Mix gently and pour plates
