Preparation Instructions
- Suspend 7.3 g of the medium in 100 ml distilled or deionized water.
- Heat and boil the mixture until the medium is fully dissolved.
- Dispense 5 ml portions into test tubes while mixing to maintain uniform distribution.
- Add appropriate standard solution or sample.
- Adjust the volume to 10 ml with distilled water.
- Sterilize at 121°C for 10 minutes.
- Cool rapidly to room temperature before use.
