Preparation Instructions

  1. Suspend 7.3 g of the medium in 100 ml distilled or deionized water.
  2. Heat and boil the mixture until the medium is fully dissolved.
  3. Dispense 5 ml portions into test tubes while mixing to maintain uniform distribution.
  4. Add appropriate standard solution or sample.
  5. Adjust the volume to 10 ml with distilled water.
  6. Sterilize at 121°C for 10 minutes.
  7. Cool rapidly to room temperature before use.
