NZCYM Broth Powder for Escherichia coli Culture and Recombinant Phage Propagation, 250g

NZCYM Broth is a high-quality dehydrated culture medium designed for the cultivation of Escherichia coli strains. The formula is also recommended for recombinant phage propagation.

Composition (per liter):

• Pancreatic Digest of Casein – 10.0g

• Casamino Acids – 1.0g

• Yeast Extract – 5.0g

• Sodium Chloride – 5.0g

• Magnesium Sulfate (anhydrous) – 0.98g

• pH 7.0 ± 0.2 (25℃)

Preparation: Dissolve 22.0g of the medium in 1L of distilled or deionized water. Heat to boiling until fully dissolved. Dispense as required and sterilize by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes. Cool before use.
