Preparation Instructions
Suspend 18.0 g of the medium in 1 liter of purified or deionized water. Warm gently with mixing until fully dissolved. Dispense into suitable containers and sterilize at 115 °C for 30 minutes. After sterilization, the medium is ready for use.
