Instructions for Use:
To prepare, dissolve 26.0g of Nodule Bacteria Medium II Base in 1L of distilled or deionized water. Boil until fully dissolved. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes or at 115°C for 30 minutes. After sterilization, gently shake the medium to mix and prevent agar from settling at the bottom. Cool and store until use.
Storage: Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Shelf life: 3 years.
