Directions for Use
- Suspend 41.74 g of the medium in 1 liter of distilled water.
- Mix thoroughly until the powder is evenly dispersed.
- Sterilize by autoclaving at 116°C for 30 minutes.
- Allow the medium to cool before use in plant tissue culture procedures.
