Composition (per liter)

• Peptone – 10.0g

• Beef Extract – 10.0g

• Yeast Extract – 5.0g

• Dextrose – 20.0g

• Tween 80 – 1.0g

• Ammonium Citrate Tribasic – 2.0g

• Sodium Acetate·3H2O – 5.0g

• Magnesium Sulfate – 0.1g

• Manganese Sulfate – 0.05g

• Dipotassium Phosphate – 2.0g

• Agar – 15.0g

• pH: 6.5 ± 0.2 (25℃)

Preparation Instructions

1. Dissolve 70g of the medium in 1L of distilled or deionized water.

2. Heat and boil for at least 1 minute to fully dissolve the components.

3. Dispense into suitable containers.

4. Sterilize at 121℃ for 15 minutes.

5. Shake well to prevent agar sedimentation.

6. Pour into plates and allow to cool before use.
