Mould Agar Medium provides optimal conditions for fungal growth with 10g/L glucose and selective antibiotic (0.1g/L chloramphenicol) to inhibit bacterial contamination.

Preparation Protocol:

1. Suspend 36.6g in 1L distilled water

2. Boil with stirring until complete dissolution

3. Autoclave at 121°C for 20 minutes

4. Pour plates at 45-50°C
