Product Overview:
Modified Brucella Broth is a liquid culture medium formulated for the enrichment of Campylobacter jejuni and related species. It provides optimal growth conditions and is widely used in microbiological laboratories for food safety testing, clinical diagnostics, and research.

Composition (per liter):

• Tryptone – 10.0 g

• Peptone – 10.0 g

• Dextrose – 1.0 g

• Yeast Extract – 1.0 g

• Sodium Chloride – 5.0 g

• Sodium Metabisulfite – 0.1 g

• Sodium Thioglycollate – 1.5 g

• pH 7.3 ± 0.2 (25℃)

Instructions for Use:

1. Dissolve 28.6 g of powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized water.

2. Heat until completely dissolved.

3. Dispense into suitable containers.

4. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes.

5. Cool to room temperature before use.
