Composition (per liter)

• Ammonium Sulfate – 0.5g

• Disodium Phosphate – 1.5g

• Monopotassium Phosphate – 1.5g

• Sodium Citrate – 0.4g

• Magnesium Sulfate – 0.025g

• Pyridoxine Hydrochloride – 1.0mg

• Biotin – 0.5mg

• L-Glutamic Acid – 0.5g

• Ferric Ammonium Citrate – 0.04g

• Calcium Chloride – 0.5mg

• Zinc Sulfate – 1.0mg

• Copper Sulfate – 1.0mg

• Malachite Green – 0.25mg

• Agar – 15.0g

• pH: 6.6 ± 0.2 (25℃)

Preparation Instructions

1. Dissolve 3.9g of the medium in 180ml distilled or deionized water.

2. Add 1ml glycerol, heat and boil to dissolve completely.

3. Dispense into containers and sterilize at 121℃ for 10 minutes.

4. Cool to approximately 50℃, then aseptically add Middlebrook OADC enrichment (1 vial per 45ml medium) and mix gently.

5. Medium is now ready for use.
