Composition (per liter):
Peptone – 10.0 g
Beef Extract – 3.0 g
Sodium Chloride – 5.0 g
Dipotassium Phosphate – 2.0 g
pH 7.5 ± 0.1 (25℃)
Instructions for Use:
Dissolve 20.0 g of powder in 1 L distilled or deionized water.
Heat until fully dissolved.
Dispense into suitable containers and sterilize by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes.
Cool and store for use in bacterial culture.
