Formula (per liter):

• Peptone – 5.0 g

• Yeast Extract – 2.0 g

• Magnesium Sulfate – 0.5 g

• Dipotassium Phosphate – 1.0 g

• Dextrose – 20.0 g

• Final pH: 6.4 ± 0.2 (at 25°C)

Preparation Instructions:
Dissolve 28.5 g of the powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. Heat until completely dissolved, dispense, and sterilize by autoclaving at 115°C for 30 minutes. Medium is ready for use after cooling.
