Preparation Instructions
- Suspend 34.6 g of the medium in 1 liter of distilled or deionized water.
- Heat to boiling and continue boiling for at least 1 minute until completely dissolved.
- Dispense into appropriate containers.
- Sterilize at 121°C for 20 minutes.
- After sterilization, mix thoroughly to prevent agar from settling and solidifying at the bottom.
- Cool to approximately 55°C before use.
