Preparation Protocol:

1. Suspend 50.0g in 1L distilled water

2. Boil with continuous stirring until dissolved

3. Sterilize at 115°C for 10 minutes

For enhanced bacterial inhibition, cool to 55°C and adjust to pH 3.5 using 2-3ml 10% lactic acid solution.
